Incidents (Help Desk)
In the year of 2018 we are pleased to announce the release of the SoftFleet help desk that will serve to centralize the reception of the different incidents that are received daily and that are part of the normal management of the fleet operation of vehicles my business.
This tool will allow the SoftFleet administrator to evaluate the performance of its employees in the resolution of incidents, in addition to having a detailed control of the spare parts and fluids that are consumed daily in the workshop of my company. Additionally, a maintenance console is included, which will be operated directly by the technical staff of your workshop and serves to be able to keep track of, register and update each Service Order and tasks assigned to each mechanic, all operated from a very friendly TochScreen interface and simple to operate
Trying to explain a little more the console is usually installed on an Island that does not have any keyboard similar to a bank box where money is withdrawn, the mechanic will arrive to enter your password or a QRCode will accelerate and see all the Service Orders that are assigned and there you can register request for materials or you can pause the Order all through this console until the Order is finished and Deliver the vehicle there closes the Cycle.
This console can be managed from any place where there is a Wi-Fi connection and can be installed on a Standard PC in Windows or also on a Tablet with Adroid
